Sarah and Paul got married at Byram Arcade, which is a Victorian shopping arcade in Huddersfield with several floors and balconies. It was the most beautiful wedding and even the rain didn’t dampen the day! This Byram Arcade Huddersfield wedding is the ultimate example of going DIY with your planning and creating a completely unique day.
THE VOWS
The ceremony was a legal ceremony at the local town hall. During the ceremony, they had a hilarious reading. It was such a personal service.
They decorated the area with bunting, which I loved. The reception was in the main hall at Byram Arcade – I love this venue because you can totally personalise it. Weddings at Byram Arcade are amazing because the building is so unusual.

Byram Arcade is perfect for couples who want a big party and is one of the coolest places to get married in Huddersfield. The venue offers an amazing atmosphere for a wedding – and there are loads of amazing places that are perfect for photos.
THE PARTY AT BYRAM ARCADE HUDDERSFIELD
The couple had live music in the afternoon and an intimate family dinner in the evening. The band, Hyde Park Bradd were absolutely spectacular and I cannot recommend them highly enough. They had a buffet which was delicious. They finished off the evening with some time chilling in the arcade.
THE COUPLE
Sarah wore a vintage style gown and Paul wore a woollen suit and they looked really dapper. I loved how their outfits really suited the venue and vintage vibe of the day.
The couple got in touch with me last year, and their enquiry really intrigued me. They said were planning a really unique wedding, and I loved that they had chosen Byram Arcade.
