WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
It can seem like such a relief to start booking your suppliers for your wedding, not to mention exciting! Depending on when you are getting married, you may sign the contract and pay the booking fee, but then have no contact with a supplier for quite some time. I cannot speak for other suppliers, but below is a rough outline of what to expect from me - from the point of booking, right through to delivery of the images.
3-4 DAYS BEFORE:
Eeek! It's just around the corner... I will give you a quick call just to confirm all the final details before the big day.
2-4 WEEKS BEFORE:
Your pre-wedding shoot will happen now and the images will be added to a gallery for you to view and download within seven days. Information about what to wear for this shoot is located on my website.
6 WEEKS BEFORE:
A questionnaire will be added to your portal for you to complete. This includes all information to help me prepare for the day, including a rough timetable and group shot list.
6 MONTHS BEFORE
Your next payment is due. I will send you a little reminder a few days before it is due. The invoice is always available in your portal to view.
Once I’ve received your signed contract and booking fee, I have everything I need and can now say you are all booked in! I am always available on email for advice or support throughout your wedding planning.
4 MONTHS BEFORE:
I will be in touch to arrange your pre-wedding shoot at your venue. I have slots available on weekdays or weekends but please note that in peak season, Saturday slots may not be possible.
1-2 DAYS AFTER:
Keep an eye on your inbox for a link to your sneak peak! This will also be shared on social media - please do share it with your family and friends.
3-4 WEEKS AFTER:
You will be sent a link to a highlights video and online gallery where you can view all of your wedding photos! Tissues at the ready...
1-6 MONTHS AFTER
If you would like an album, please email me so we can get started. If not, I shall get a USB sent out to you containing the edited images from the day.
